To achieve our program mission, we provide local program activities while promoting and/or affiliating with other global, national, state and local programs that impact STEM and high student achievement.

Our local program provide the following support:

Parent direct participation along with student participation is required from each student enrolled in our program and program activities.

Everyone can make a difference!

It’s simple. The more you get involved in a student’s education, the more likely he or she is to succeed. Test scores, attitude and behavior, even the likelihood of graduation and a college education—they’re all greatly affected by your involvement. President Barack Obama understands the potential of students—and the value you can bring to their lives. Watch his challenge to parents, teachers, students and friends.

Who Isn’t Graduating From High School?

So who is most likely not walking with their classmates this year? A black, Hispanic or American Indian teenager, whose graduation rates hover around 65 percent, according to a recent study [PDF] from the Everyone Graduates Center at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. This is compared to 82 percent of whites and about 92 percent of Asian/Pacific Islanders.
